20 July my sisters birthday I received my gift basket a day later than expected but was not upset about it as I arranged it to be sent out week earlier so it wasn't a problem as such. Collected from a DHL in post service which was quick and easy. I didn't open the box until today and was amazed by the basket and how it's made only little downside was that the balloon was not put into the basket. Overall amazed with your service and even my sister said best present. I have sent a twit ( @mustafaali1987) and Instagramed ( @mustafa_ali__) a picture of my basket and thanks for the amazing basket I will definitely recommend you to other people

Greetings Mustafaa, thank you for your feedback. We are delighted to hear that your sister enjoyed her Gift Basket. I also noticed that your Gift Basket was dispatched on time on an express, overnight delivery service. However, with your address having to be amended,requested by yourself, another day was needed to process this. Our balloons are also long lasting heat sealed foil balloons, so this is placed on a stick and placed carefully with your Gift Basket. We have used BasketsGalore several times for 'new baby' hampers for employees and I have always found the website to be very clear and easy to use - the description of the contents of the hampers are accurate and they have always been delivered on time and in very good condition. An excellent service and we will continue to use them.

we wanted to buy a gift for a friend who lives in UK. I made a mistake while checking out and purchased the wrong basket, i contacted them though their chat and all was fixed in no time :) The service is very convenient!

We live in Australia with family in England and find Baskets Galore the perfect site to use to send a gift basket for birthdays, anniversaries or just to say thanks to family members who help out a lot when we can't. The gift baskets are always well received and appreciated by the recipients and the process of ordering is quick and easy. It's certainly easier than buying a gift in Australia and then having to post to England, especially as international post fees are so high. Baskets Galore is the only site we use for gifts for our family in the UK.

It has been my pleasure to purchase gift baskets and have them delivered to my daughter and new grand-daughter. I enjoyed being able to track the delivery of the parcel from my location. I was very happy with the service. From the time I ordered online until the hamper was delivered I was kept informed. I like the way I can make up my own hamper and I will probably do that next time but this time I was in a rush. Thank you for a good service.

I was having a terrible time trying to order on line from NY for a gift basket for my Sister in Dublin to no avail so I e-mailed them and had this wonderful girl Victoria doing everything she could to help me she even phoned me and we were able to work it out, thank you Victoria and yes I would order from them again. 4 days later and still not delivered after promising delivery before end of day on 5th July!!! I demand a refund!!!

Hi Helen, Thank you for your comment. We are very sorry to hear your disappointment. Your gift basket has been dispatched on Monday 04th July on express delivery service with DHL couriers. Delivery has been attempted on Tuesday 05th July but there was no one at home to sign for it so driver left a calling card to reschedule. DHL attempted a delivery on a very next day, Wednesday 06th July. Unfortunately there was nobody at home again. After these two attempts our tracking team tried to contact Abiye on her mobile & sent her a text messages. As we still haven’t heard from Abiye our tracking team contacted DHL yesterday and requested to attempt a delivery again today, Friday 08th July. Your gift basket is out for delivery today. You can always track your order’s progress via your account, just login to your account, view your order and click ‘Track Your Order’. Our tracking team monitor all deliveries & intercept if problems arise. We will keep an eye on a delivery today and will update you via email on it’s progress. I couldn't find a basket that completely fitted my needs so I opted for the 'build your own'. I think it would be useful if you could add a bottle of wine to the baskets without any alcohol as I would have done with with one of your pre-packed hampers had it been an option

I am extremely impressed with the service I have received. I had a problem finding exactly what I wanted so I had a "chat" with one of your advisors - sorry I can't remember his name who was marvellous and pointed me in the right direction. After choosing my gift I had problems paying and gave up after about 4 or 5 attempts. I later received an e-mail asking if I needed help and ended up receiving a phone call so I could pay that way. I am very happy with the service I have received. Thank you very much.
