“Communication was excellent from confirmation of order placement and in particular, the delivery phases, as my basket was being sent to Cyprus. The gift arrived beautifully presented and was substantial in its content . Recipient delighted .”

“I was very pleased with your prompt response to my order from New Zealand and short delivery time - after having great difficulty trying to place an order wit a competitor. My son was delighted with the hamper, particularly the smoked duck. I will be happy to use your service again.”

“Its so great to be able to send something different to those who have lost close ones. The sympathy basket covers all basis and you get flowers too, such a good combination. It would be nice to see maybe a tea selection hamper with flowers and maybe a bit more of a modern website to entice people to buy from you. Very happy customer!”

“Thoroughly professional service. Confirmation email received immediately after order placed and delivered as promised. My brother (the recipient), received a message from DHL the day prior to delivery so the chance to ensure somebody was home optimised. His comments were that the hamper was excellent quality and contained something for everyone I would definitely use Baskets Galore again.”

“I would like to update you on this parcel - whilst I am certain the delivery is wonderful I am still awaiting receipt of it. I highly recommend that you refrain from making use of DHL services for your deliveries as they are nothing but incompetent and unfortunately their lack of delivery reflects rather unfavourably on Baskets Galore and as such I will not be recommending your services to anyone. It is unfortunate that organisations that work in partnership with you tarnish your reputation. I suggest moving into 2017 that you review who you work with. Regards, One for annoyed customer”
