Order was incomplete, packing note correct but the main reason/product i ordered was missing. I emailed and have heard nothing - very dissapointed

I am not very happy, as I paid for a express delivery, next day delivery and it did take 4 days to arrive, without any warning or notification.

Stay away, they charge you for items you never receive. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Will never use again.

My order RE100108207 was delivered on December 2nd promptly. The iberico pork loin I received had labels read: "Lomo De cebo 50% Raza Iberica", where "50% raza Iberica" means 50% iberian breed in Spanish. This contridicted the product information on Basco website where ingredient is 100% iberian. I emailed customer service about my concern. I received same day reply two times. 1st email asked me to check the product weight. 2nd email expalined the difference between de cebo and de balleta. I then wrote my thrid email asking about the same question titled "discrepency between the advertisement and actual product". There was no reply to this email since one week ago. Furthermore, I have noticed that the wording on your website has recently been updated from “100% Iberian” to “100% pork (Ibérian) – see pack for crossbreed %.” While I understand updates may occur, this revision appears to be a result of my inquiry, and it seems that no action was taken to address the original misrepresentation of the product at the time of purchase. I believe my complaint deserves to be treated seriously, and it seems I would never get any clear explanation regarding the product discrepency and dismissiveness.

The steak was meant to be amazing and the price was high. It was very disappointing. Tough and with an overpowering smoked taste. I can get better from Tesco. Not buying again.

Put a delivery date in the drop down box for 2 weeks time. The checkout then asked to confirm if express delivery or 3-5 days. As it was more than 2 weeks I didn’t see the need for express delivery. The date booked was ignored and the pig turned up a week early. Customer service non existent

Terrible. My delivery didn't arrive as the delivery address diod not include the house number. Don't know whose faulyt that was but when i rang Basco they said they didn't keep copies off old orders. They said they would ring back to make me an offer but would not be replacing the order FOC as it wasn't their fault. On day 5 now and nothing back!!!
