“Absolutely amazing customer service. I had issues ordering with express delivery for a very last minute Christmas gift. I emailed to see if there was any chance of upgrading my delivery and I got an email back (Saturday morning) confirming that it had been upgraded and dispatched. With charging me the extra cost! This meant my gift arrived on time and my dad thoroughly enjoyed his hamper of Spanish treats. 10/10 recommend !”

“Absolutely fantastic customer service, they hit my order to me super quickly just before Christmas and the leg of cochinillo was incredible. Cooking instructions were spot on and it was so tasty. Will definitely order from Basco again.”
