“Order did not arrive when scheduled (not Basco's fault) so Jo sent out a replacement order for next day delivery, which arrived OK. great customer service and the croquettas were nice too!”

“Wasn’t sure if I should cook the croquettes I bought from frozen or not, rang few times to no avail, tried lots of times on your Chat link , didn’t happen , as a result the 30 croquettes I bought were binned , they tasted delicious annoyingly but couldn’t serve them at the party”

“Goods arrived well packed and chilled. One item was incorrect but was replaced the following day so cannot fault them at all. Everything looks delicious - my only regret is that everything I ordered are gifts and not for me! Not this time anyway!!”
