“This review is only about the delivery aspect: the delivery man refused to deliver my 1.8 m long and heavy wood picnic table into my backyard (which can be accessed through a dedicate lane at the back of the property connecting with the street where the delivery truck can be parked). As a result I had to deal with the table which was fully packaged into a wooden pallet (also heavy as hell) delivered at the front of the house. So...why the pallet ? I did not buy a pallet, just a table..Why the inflexibility ? A picnic table goes obviously to the garden, not to the leaving room...Pretty disappointed.. Daniel.”
