“I ordered a Minosharp pink fine sharpening wheel which arrived ahead of its anticipated delivery date. It was unfortunately too big and when I spoke with Louis at Barnitts he said he would have s look in stock and see if there was a smaller wheel in stock and get back to me. True to his word Louis left a message to advise he had located the correct size sharpening wheel which he was sending out to me even before receipt from me of the original wheel I had received. I hadn't realised there are different size Minosharp wheels so the error resulted from me. Louis was pleasant and very efficient sorting this matter out for me and the return wheel and replacement wheel have crossed in the post with the replacement wheel arriving today. I am delighted with the service I have received from Barnitts of York and look forward to visiting Barnitts, when I am next allowed to under Covid legislation regulations. James Brotherhood”
