“Excellent customer service. Nothing was too much to ask. First delivery arrived damaged and the staff were very helpful and quick to order a replacement product and arrange collection of damaged item. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.”

“Used to shop in Barnitts when we were in York and have just used their on-line services for something to be sent to Ireland. Items received very promptly and well packaged. “Brabantia need to use *Bubble wrap *to protect the waste bin when items are out for delivery to customers, as my waste bin came with a * depression in the outer casing * , not good for first impressions to a customer of quality product !”

“I had never used Barnitts before but I have found their customer service care to be excellent. I ordered a fire guard which when it turned up was damaged. When I called to tell them they offered me an instant refund and I received an email that day to say the refund had been processed. Excellent :) thank you Barnitts”
