“I made a purchase but the item did not match the picture shown, i emailed them and was replied to extremely fast , my issue was solved very fast in a very professional manner and although they did not have the item in stock anymore i will have no problem in returning to buy with them again as the customer service is outstanding which is a rarity in this day and age ,their customer service is a big credit to the company . Mistakes happen its how companies deal with it can be the frustrating often infuriating part but i have to say Barnitts dealt with my issue superbly and extremely fast”

“There was an initial problem with my order in that it had apparently "gone astray", Barnitts were very quick to investigate and resolve the issue, the problem was not with them but with the supplier. As soon as they were made aware there was a problem Barnitts acted promptly to rectify the issue. Very good customer service.”

“The description of the knives I bought led me to think I was buying Japanese knives with wooden handles. What I received were Chinese knives with plastic handles. Why call plastic "Micarta" unless you are trying to be deliberately misleading? I think Barnitts need to take steps to ensure their descriptions convey exactly what is being sold. If I handn't damaged the packaging I would have returned them.”
