“Easy to order on website, best price online, timeline updates for delivery informative. As a customer the shopping experience needs to be all of the above. My purchase was an investment for my Kitchen as they are top of the range appliances. “Excellent on line shopping experience . Price matched the garden bench with another on-line supplier and discount was applied immediately. “I recently bought a garden chair from Barnetts. The Lily Relax Double Seat. The product is really poor quality, with numerous split pieces of the wood and the finish is poor. It feels like it’s not been sanded down to give a smooth finish.”
