“I wish more retailers were as helpful as the staff at Barnitts. They have a proper phone number where you can speak to a real person, they answer their emails, and call you back for that extra personal touch. They items I wanted were no longer available on their website, but they had some stock in store which they sent by next day delivery at a very reasonable courier cost. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.”

“Have been searching for a while for a Single Egg Poacher ...having used a 'pod' which does not give an enjoyable poached egg..... I was reluctant to buy a pan which held four eggs to cook a single egg, as they were rather pricey....imagine my delight when I found exactly what I was looking for on Barnitts site, also a very good make (Judge) and the small pan will prove useful for other uses in the kitchen ... better still it was at a reduced price. Prompt delivery ...thank you very much xx”

“I purchased a Dualit kettle from Barnitts in December 2018. Eight months later the plastic display on the kettle had started to crack. I emailed Barnitts with the receipt and received an email back saying they would contact Dualit to see if it could be repaired. No, so Barnitts arranged a replacement kettle and the DPD exchange on the day I requested. The customer service is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing from Barnitts. My problem was resolved quickly and efficiently . Ten out of ten”

“Website said items in stock so ordered them, then told not in stock and will be another 7-10 days. Communication about delivery very poor. Then asked for a review about my order before I've even received it .................. enough said.”
