“Cancelled my order after 4 days, it would appear they don’t really price match as promised even with a reputable supplier! Disappointed is an understatement, poor customer service, do not promise if you cannot deliver. Disgusted.”

Dear Rob, We always do our best to complete price match orders, unfortunately there are occasionally factors that prevent us from completing our price promise, such as the supplier and their stock levels. Our price match form clearly states that we reserve the right to refuse a price match request for any reason. We are sorry that you were not happy with our customer service, customer satisfaction is very important to us, we will explain these factors more clearly in the future, if there is ever another instance were we cannot price match an order.
