“The service was good and the delivery was fast. However the way the came packaged was a surprise I ordered some candles and with how they arrived I’m shocked they didn’t snap. Considering they were shoved in a box they didn’t fit in and was about 2 inches either side sticking out. Maybe could have done with more thought on behalf of the packaging.”

“I irdered an 5V AC/DC adapter which was sent by Royal Mail so took a few days to arrive (probably due to Christmas pressures) but it was exactly as I expected. Very pleased.”

“I love the shop in York and am delighted that there is a website since I don't live in York. The service on-line is as good as in the shop, i.e. efficient and user-friendly. I bought an item on-line for my daughter who does live in York, knowing that if there is a problem she can visit the shop. Barnitts has a range of household items that is now very hard to find, especially all in one place. Long may they thrive!”
