“I was so impressed by the service from Barnitts that I e mailed to thank them straight away. The cutlery I ordered is perfect and was at a very reasonable price compared with the same item on other online designer sales outlets which take weeks to deliver. The parcel arrived very promptly and was very well packaged. I couldn't be more pleased.”

“I would suggest that you state the method of delivery, e.g. parcel /letter post or van, and the expected delivery date on your order acknowledgement form. This would avoid guessing and possible frustration on the customer's part.”

“amazing next day delivery on light fitting ordered in the afternoon...one hour slot sent by text by delivery company with a facility to change the slot if it not suitable....although I did not use this....left a message to leave my parcel with my neighbour and he kindly dropped a card to say so....very impressive”

“got some light fittings ...great online price match facility meant great prices and they mean it too with no quibbles....delivery handled well usually within 48 hours and with one hour slots on the day....had to contact websales team because one order had not arrived after 5 days....amazingly quick, courteous response and sorted efficiently....also had to ask a question about the fitting....ditto....all in all very impressive....keep up the good work”
