“My order arrived damaged, I contacted Barnitts and they were very helpful getting a replacement sent out with lots of extra postage protection and that arrived safe and sound. A very helpful customer service team.”

“The pendant I received was a different colour from what I ordered (came black instead of silver/chrome), but it still matched with my dinning room so I kept it. Other than that it was quickly delivered. Just bare in mind that the bulbs are not included.”
