“Products arrived well packed and as ordered. Very pleased. Gave 4 stars instead of 5, as products in stock when I was ordering , but then was told out of stock.”

“We found garden furniture online that wasn't available locally to us or with any other company for national delivery. The Barnitts store is more than two hours away and only offers local delivery or store collections. We spoke with Louis who had exceptional service from start to finish and was so helpful! He arranged for a courier to deliver the items to us even though this wasn’t usually an option, checked the products himself to ensure they were securely packaged and kept in touch the entire time to make sure we had received our delivery. We can’t thank Louis enough and we wouldn’t hesitate in purchasing from him again!”

“Lovely watering can just what I needed if you leave the plastic ones out too long they get brittle and crack or leak all over the place looking forward to using it good quality delivered quickly and reasonably priced”

“Very pleased with the service I received. From the initial phone call through to collection of the goods I can't fault them. The young man who dealt with me couldn't have been more helpful - he even carried my bulky items to the car park round the corner for me! A truly traditional store - it's a pity that there aren't more stores which provide this kind of service. Highly recommended.”
