“The gentleman that I dealt was very helpful. He with went out of his way to confirm the dimensions of the mugs that I wanted and arranged for them to be mailed. I received the mugs the next day!”

“The first trifle dish arrived with a chip in it in spite of the thorough wrapping. I informed the company by email at night and they replied early the next morning. They offered to send a new dish straight away which arrived on Saturday and only asked that I send a picture of the chipped one which I did. The dish is lovely. Excellent service. Thankyou”
