“I had problems accessing your web site, so I rang your sales department to place the order. I am one of the managers in the medical centre, (although I have had 25 years in retail). I ordered the gift as part of a leaving present for one of the partners. It was lovely to speak to the lady on the telephone who was very helpful and a credit to your company.
