“I just wanted to take an opportunity to say thank you. The team that came to Evedon yesterday were truly outstanding . Furniture delivered with perfection and placed beautifully. All in wonderful condition. The Young Gentleman with the Wool hat was professional and polite and he also helped with the packing of the house when I moved in December. It really was terribly hot and yet the move was completed in really good time Thank you for the service Sue Richardson”

“Unfortunately, my move didn't go to plan. My property was damaged for example my 6 seater dining room table was delivered with only 3 legs. I have been unable to resolve outstanding complaint and claim. Over 1 year has elapsed. I have been forced to pursue via The BAR and Ombudsman.”

Unfortunately, during the delivery of your belongings, a table leg became unglued from the underneath of the glass table top. We did our best to seek a repair, but having gained advice from three professional glass restorers it became clear that the table was sadly not repairable. We genuinely want to resolve the situation with you, but as the table in not repairable and you have declined to accept our insurer’s compensation (as per the terms and conditions designed by The British Association of Removers and registered with Trading Standards) there's little more we can do. “Dear Barnes and Compsny I'd just like to send a personal note of thanks for the service I received today. The team you sent were both of them fantastic. Friendly, quick, efficient. I must say from initial enquiry through to completing the job today, it's actually the first end to end quality customer service I have had in quite some time. From the speed of response to my initial enquiry, and subsequent home visit, to fitting me in at short notice and then competing the job with speed AND care, I've honestly been well impressed. At one point we did wonder if we would receive our goods as the customs officers seemed to be continually pulling out hoops for us to jump through. “We used this company to move us from Lincoln to Chorley in January 2016. The team that arrived were very good and efficient. They arrived both days on time and loaded our belongings. On arrival at Chorley they unloaded at lightning speed, and gave me the impression they wanted to get back to Lincoln at the quickest possible time. This resulted in us having boxes just dumped anywhere in the house, instead of the structured unloading which really they should have done. Had this not been the case I would have said the service was very good . Would I use them again. Yes .”

“Dear Mr Barnes, I wanted to write to thank you and your company. My mother's recent move from Lincoln to Lancashire was made so much easier by the cheerfulness and attitude of your staff. Johnny and Damien arrived with a smile and remained helpful and hardworking all day. They worked quickly and efficiently and demonstrated skill and professionalism throughout.
