“I had admired this vase on the website for a while so once I?d finished redecorating my living room I decided to order. I am over the moon with my purchase , excellent quality. It looks beautiful . “Great service particularly in relation to the delivery of our items. The delivery team managed to arrange delivery on our preferred date and combine the individual orders. Then the delivery people were excellent and really helpful in getting the furniture in the required rooms. Only wish other companies had such a great delivery service.”

“Beautiful products but if you have a issue with your order terrible customer service. The team are very apologetic but no action and no follow. I received 3 of my 4 chairs I ordered and 1 week on and having to call everyday we are still no closer to resolving.”

“Very pleased with my bookcase. It is stylish, solidly made and holds a large collection of books. The ordering process was carried out in a helpful manner and I can recommend Barker and Stonehouse. The only suggestion I could make which would make life easier for customers would be to remove and take away packaging at the time of delivery.”

“Great service. I had visited the hove branch and saw some art that I really liked. A member of staff advised me I would have to order online as they don't stock the items. I found navigating the website quite tricky, in the sense that I had to be very specific with wording to find the item I wanted. For this reason I had ended up with an item delivered that wasn't the one I had seen in the store. Quite similar, but not the same. I went back to the store and explained what had happened, the lady (Charlie) made the return process so easy, in fact she pretty much did it all for me. I was then with her help able to find the right item online and it was delivered within a few days. Overall very happy with my Barker and Stonehouse experience. Special thanks to Charlie!”
