“Excellent - from ordering to delivery. 6 chairs ordered - order went through quickly, delivery firm kept me up to date on times chairs were arriving, men put chairs together efficiently and were very friendly and pleasant. There was a fault on one of the chairs and this was rectified immediately. Excellent! The chairs are good quality and great value for money. I have no hesitation in using your firm again and will recommend you to friends. Thanks”

“We have received great customer service from our first visit to the store, through ordering a number of items, making final payments over the phone and receiving our orders on the days and timeslots allocated. We haven't had any issues at any stage. We have also ordered additional items online and I'm hoping this will run smoothly too. Refreshing to not have any problems, which seems standard from most other retailers.”

“Furniture is high quality. Delivery was spot on in terms of time and guys were pleasant and helpful. Really tidy. Had an issue with a coffee table fault on a click and collect. Problem sorted straight away”

“Dealing with the store was as always, easy and very satisfactory. We then had to make our order online in order to be sure of early sale prices. We opted for collection to save delivery costs on our item that was small enough to fit a car but were mislead by the order form over the length of time we had to wait before we could collect it. Telephone conversations with the online department were confusing. Ultimately collection from the warehouse was easy and the staff there very helpful.”

“Delivery excellent product as expected, well wrapped and protected. Only downside there was no receipt for monies paid, which is the reason for four stars instead of five. Other than that, no complaints, first class service.”
