“Delay after delay ,based on Covid ! We were not kept up to date about delivery etc Staff actually said they were not allowed to say anything or ring back on the directions of the directors . Having previously been satisfied,we returned to buy the tv console but doubtful we will ever return”

“We bought a new bed during the lockdown it was delivered promptly to our door, due to circumstances that was as far as the delivery drivers were allowed to take it. The bed it's self is excellent it's our second one from Barker and Stonehouse, we had to replace our non Barker and Stonehouse bed due to it continuously falling apart so went back to what we knew was good quality.”

“Customer service is spot on, poor review is on build quality of the actual table. We are now on our second replacement of table and the same issue is happening, not what you expect when paying over £900. We don't recommend Hancock table at all.”
