“Always a beautiful range of furniture options for all rooms in store and online. Dealt with the Covid crisis very well. Excellent communications throughout all of our orders. We recently bought bar stools, dining table and chairs, a sideboard and three storage units. Love the quality of all. Courteous and helpful delivery guys. Cannot recommend highly enough”

“We had been searching for a rustic small chest of drawers for the lounge.Our choice of reclaimed wood surprised me ,but it fits perfectly with our lounge furniture and has sorted an untidy corner.”

“The lamp I bought looks great and is top quality. Service was 5 star. I had an issue with the courier but a quick email to B&S and it was sorted quickly. I'll definitely shop there again.”

“Ordered a rug and a vase in November, vase was in stock, rug was a 6 weeks lead in which was fair enough. I thought they would of sent the vase out and the rug when in stock. 6 weeks later, they added another 6 weeks onto the rug lead time. 12 weeks from placing the order, delivery day arrived to be called and told it was now discontinued. 2 weeks after that, still no refund. 1 week later, refund received. 1 week later, still no vase. Absolute shambolic attempt at running a company, I honestly don't know how they are still trading.”

“I recently purchased a Stressless chair & footstool from Barker & Stonehouse. The chair was well priced and making the purchase (all online) was very easy. Arranging delivery was simple and straightforward and receiving was even easier - despite distance and lockdown. Overall an easy purchase at a great price with great service so far! Thank you!”
