“Everything has been great. Even when we had to change the size of one of our sofa orders, you accommodated as perfectly and kept us informed of the delay in delivery. It was well worth the wait . The delivery team were fabulous and very quick . They unpacked and assembled the products perfectly and were extremely tidy . We are very satisfied with our purchase”

“Always end up getting what I want from B&S, good service. Good products what else can you ask for? Oh! maybe shorter waits for receiving goods 12-16 weeks is far too long!”

“Really poor communication. Item delivered to wrong address in January and still Awaiting the delivery. Phoned every Friday for over a month with nobody getting back to you. Said waiting on warehouse to get back to them every week. Very poor throughout process.”

“Bargain price for wardrobes in clearance sale. Duly delivered and assembled but unfortunately not a good fit for our alcove - I measured internal dimensions not realising there was a void at one end. Our local joiner managed to adapt them to fit. The grumble is that a rail was missing and none can be found so a replacement has been requested from the German manufacturer. This may hopefully be sometime in the next month, very apologetic certainly but meanwhile clothing is lying on spare beds waiting for hangers which has been a nuisance when visitors needed those beds. So very pleased they were a bargain.”

“After 3 separate orders on 3 different items and over £4000 Barker & Stonehouse got everything wrong 3 different sofas and 12 months to sort 4 chairs with lots of arguments with Management and customer service. Even argued over £75. Absolute disgusting and will.never shop there again”

“Ordered 2 wardrobes from barker and stone house back in Nov 2022. Wardrobes arrived at the start of Jan 2023 as expected, however multiple packages missing from wardrobe order. Took 2 months to rectify the situation/re order missing and damaged items. Unfortunately the whole experience has put me off with shopping at B & S again due to all the issues.”
