“I have bought both bedroom and dining room furniture in the past from Barker and Stonehouse and have been very pleased with the quality and service. There were however a few glitches with the floor lamp that I ordered. A table lamp was delivered by mistake and although I had been informed I would receive a call about delivery I was not. It was lucky that I was at home. I contacted the office to have a replacement but only a shade was delivered. After another call I managed to return the table lamp and receive my floor lamp base in the same day. I will say that the floor lamp is very good quality and I'm extremely pleased with it.”

“Slight wobble...but Great Save ! Bit of a hiccup with the call before delivery advising the actual 2 hour delivery slot.... but Drivers were very helpful and waited for me to get back! Drivers very professional, polite & helpful... Even more reasons to buy lovely stuff.... Grrrr”

“Amazing respectful service every time. I was helped with a 3 piece suite - given extra discount for large order - cup of coffee included as I was tired - treated like a queen at a time I was caring for a 97 year old mother. It meant so much to have a task to do and enjoy it - well done Barker and Stonehouse. Thank you.”
