“I've ordered from Barker and Stonehouse before and never had a problem with delivery, tho these were large items. Ordered a bowl but it never turned up, despite numerous messages from DPD saying it was coming, customer service from B&S were very good and I got a refund in the end. When I ordered I saw that it was coming from DPD and knew it would never arrive, a terrible company! Will definitely order larger items rather than small from Barker and Stonehouse in future.”

“Ordering was simple and I was informed before buying whether the item was in stock. I chose collection and was informed when the item was ready. The staff were very accommodating with the time arrangements I was able to manage. The item was very heavy but was carried by staff to my car. Very pleased throughout and will buy from them again.”

“Still waiting for my order. It’s due end of February. The communication has been very poor and I have had to chase up several times as to the update of my order. I’m disappointed it’s not here and I ordered it in November.”

“In a time when all other delivery companies were failing to deliver , barker and Stonehouse used a company that did well. The painting was lovely and arrived in a timely fashion and was in perfect condition.”

“The armchair I bought was just right for what I wanted and very comfy. The delivery team (Michael A. and Wojciech) were great and delivered the chair exactly where I wanted it and had it set up in no time. Excellent stuff.”

“I recently bought a desk and believed the description online. It was nothing like the description and is a complete waste of money. Had there been product reviews, this would have helped enormously. Too much hassle to send it back so it's been kept. This puts me off buying onlne with them again.”
