“I have ordered a bedroom set consisting of bed, bedside table and chest of drawers. Unfortunately the bed isn?t due in until March so all will be delivered together which is totally understandable and not a problem at all, so I was really surprised when a delivery arrived the other day of a bouquet of flowers and chocolates with a message saying sorry for the delay. I hadn?t even contacted anyone to say anything. So I would like to say that a small gesture and excellent customer service goes a long way and I will definitely be purchasing from Barker & Stonehouse again and recommend to friends & family!”

“I was kept informed of the progress of my order. Very informative emails telling me when I would be contacted again and what for. Chair arrived on the day and time they said it would. I am very satisfied as I thought during the pandemic things may go awry but this was not the case.”

“We bought the wooden Kriss table and bench - very natural and genuinely good quality. I went and picked up from the warehouse closest to me and it was ready in less than 5mins - super easy. We?ve now ordered a large sofa, snuggle chair and footstool to go with it!”

“We purchased the Yona four section cube, together with the Yona three section code. Both wooden storage units are excellent quality, well made and pretty solid. We have put them in a bathroom but these would go in any room. The light oak colour is a warm shade that would go with most decors. Definitely value for money”

“Excellent quality and realky easy to build. Finish looks good and expensive. Delivery took longer than expected for items in stock but assume the pandemic will be holding things up. Great service - already looking at a dining table with them to use up our vouchers we may win ??”

“After looking for what felt like an age we finally came across the perfect occasional tables for our living room at Barker and Stonehouse. Luckily for us they were in stock so we didn't have to wait long at all for delivery. The design and quality of the tables is excellent, especially so given the reasonable price. Overall a very happy customer. Will have no hesitance in recommending Barker and Stonehouse.”

“I was very impressed with the attention and help l received when purchasing a two seater sofa. The assistant was familiar with the stock and able to offer choices based on my requirements. I purchased a sales item which he reduced even further. Delivery was quick because the sofa was a floor item. The only concern I had was that the sofa looked rather crumpled and squashed on receipt. I don?t remember it looking that way in store.”

“Never really heard of these guys before as there is no store near me, but decided to take a trip and see what it?s like. Great service in store and online, plenty of accurate comms and friendly and helpful delivery team (Paul Y & Lewis D). Well done guys - not everyone gets the whole customer journey right!”
