“This was my first purchase from Barker and Stonehouse. I collected my new wooden ottoman from their warehouse in Crawley. The service and helpfulness from the staff there was first class. On opening my item I realised how carefully it had been packed which meant it was in pristine condition which I find quite rare these days. I am pleased to recommend Barker and Stonehouse and would happily use them again.”

“We were unsure whether to use Barker and Stonehouse to buy our new dining table and chairs having never heard of them before. We really liked the look of the product though and decided to take the plunge. Could not be more delighted that we did, the table and chairs are all high quality and work better in our space than we could've hoped. The delivery was on time and simple to organise, and the drivers (Steve and Andrew I think) were polite, helpful and put the furniture exactly where it was needed. Excellent service.”

“I visited the store first and felt there was no attention or staff. But then ordered on line and was amazed how efficient it was. Ordered , confirmed and updates on delivery given regularly. Chaps who delivered and assembled my purchase were brilliant”

“Appalling customer service. Took over 4 weeks to receive dining room table. It looks ex display. Have attempted to email, call and Facebook customer service. 2 weeks later and I'm being given the run around by customer service. Super disappointed in the brand.”

“After reading online reviews I was very appreciative about buying from Barker and Stonehouse. My own experience has been perfect. The salesman was helpful not pushing us for a sale . We were kept updated on the progress of our order. The delivery arrived at the expect time we had been given. Delivery men were friendly and professional Graham and the other chap (sorry didn’t catch your name) placed our 2 sofas in the living room. We are thrilled with the service we have received from Barker and Stonehouse and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend”

“Happy is an understatement the dining table is perfect. Everyone that has seen it absolutely loves it. The photos on the website doesn?t really do it much justice. We ended buying it because of the customer reviews that had photos. Delivery was a little slow, however I live miles away and they had to combine delivery?s that we?re close by. I got a notification the night before giving me the 2 hour slot and then 45 minutes before I received a phone call advising how long they?d be. The delivery men came straight in and assembled the table for me and took all the packaging with them. They were in and out in 20 minutes. Thank you so much.”
