“Absolutely appalled with the attempted delivery of a Orla Kiely sofa.This product was ordered several weeks ago and arrived today in a highly damaged fashion. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. How could this happen is beyond us! We took time off work to wait in for this damaged sofa!”

“Ordered Purcell sofa and chair online with collection from my local store (Darlington) Items arrived within expected timeframe however chair sent was wrong so had to wait another week for correct one. Happy with both purchases however felt that staff at the store were unhelpful and uninterested in my order. I got the distinct impression that because it was an online order they were put out by having it delivered to their shop!! Disappointing and unnecessary”

“The staff I dealt with were very efficient and helpful, I only marked down a point because I had a 3 week wait for my goods even though they were in stock and I paid ?29 delivery which for a 3 week wait I felt was expensive When my barstools arrived 1 was damaged but within an hour I had a call from B & S and a new stool ordered. The delivery men were also very helpful.”

“This is how my missano sofa has gone after a couple of weeks... I thought by purchasing from b&s I would be getting quality... I wish I'd have gone to ikea instead .. I couldn't have looked any worse”

“Having bought our new living room furniture from the Hove store we returned to purchase a dining room table and chairs. On a very quiet evening, no one approached for assistance so having found something suitable we went home and bought online. Very quickly I was called to arrange a delivery date. Delivery was prompt and we were kept up informed about the delivery time slot by text message. The two guys who delivered were really great, friendly and bang on time. They even dissembled the table as it wouldn?t quite fit through our front door. Excellent online service - highly recommend.”

“Store representative was very helpful, I needed more information on a self assemble order and she looked into this for me, when the store could not confirm !00% how much self assemble was needed she referred to the store manager and agreed to have the items delivered to store and they would self assemble for me. Going that extra mile counts ! Great customer service”

“I ordered online. I was then kept up-to-date with when my cushions would be delivered to the store via text and email. Once available, when I arrived at store, staff were really friendly and it was a quick and straightforward experience, especially as a member of staff had overheard me talking and got the cushions whilst her colleague processed. Nice touch!”
