“Waited a long time for delivery x when it finally came one of the couches was in the wrong material the order had been placed wrong now have to wait for the right one only to find out the wrong one had been ordered again so still waiting for correct couch to be delivered very poor service”

“With covid restrictions and some furniture being further away a member of staff went out her way to send me pictures of the bedroom furniture we went on to purchase. She organised it to resemble our room and close up for colour. Helped make us comfortable to buy without seeing.”

“Bought a high sleeper bed and when it came multiple elements were damaged or marked. Once replaced and the bed was built I noticed slightly different colours on the woodwork and have also found the paint is already starting to come off only a few months after purchase.”
