“Great product, great staff, only criticism is that delivery took place 15 minutes outside of the two hour delivery window which caused me issue with my nursery pick up, otherwise would be 5 stars.”

“Ordered my new Sputnik ceiling light fitting and floor lamp online on the Barker & Stonehouse website. The ordering process was quick and easy. Both items were delivered fairly soon afterwards and now look excellent in my newly decorated study.”

“I absolutely adore my new shelving unit, the delivery service was great (courtesy of Steve and Sean from Blaydon), and the customer service was lovely. It took about seven weeks for the shelves to get delivered, but the original estimation for when they would have the item was six weeks, so that tracks. I'm sure it's quicker to go to the store but I don't have a car so picking my items up myself would have been difficult. I also ordered a wardrobe, but it arrived from the manufacturer with a crack in it so they re-ordered the part for me and were extremely apologetic on the phone despite the fact that it was the manufacturer's fault. In general, a good place to go for solid furniture at a reasonable price.”
