“Furnitures lovely, but the delivery team was not very pleasant. Tried to buy a matching mattress and contacted the sales team several times, to get some additional advice. I was promised an email with an offer, but never received one. Finally after several calls I got a very helpful sales person and I was able to purchase a mattress to match my furniture. Unfortunately I will have to pay delivery costs twice now.”

“I was really impressed with the service I received from Barket and Stonehouse. I initially ordered a mattress which turned out to be too firm, I was able to swap it for another one relatively quickly. Jill Was excellent, thank you, highly recommend Barker and Stonehouse.”

“I have always found Barker and Stonehouse to be a very helpful retailer. We like the quality of the products and the level of service we receive. The last products we bought combined those items in stock and not, nobody informed us that the stock items would not arrive until the other which was 10 weeks. This was disappointing as we were not advised and it wasn’t until I called them that we were able to sort it out. Which we did and we received them separately”

“I have purchased quite a bit of furniture to furnish a new office and showroom, the service I received from Simon Gledhill was excellent from start to finish. Once the order was placed the booking team contacted me quickly to arrange delivery dates. on the day the drivers contacted me to advise what time they would arrive, once on site they were also excellent in delivering the items and unpacking them. All round top service.”

“You wait 4 months for an item and then they deliver the wrong thing "don't worry" they say "we'll get another one on order for you, it'll be four months lead time".”

“Excellent service in store by efficient friendly staff, our corner sofa + footstool was delivered on the date and time slot we had chosen by two very careful and professional delivery men. Set up in our desired room position and all packaging taken away for disposal. Excellent quality service throughout which we would highly recommend.”
