“Beautiful furniture but if you are in a hurry then order elsewhere. Delivery is usually months rather than weeks. Also ?59 charge for delivery on everything, even their most expensive items, which is a bit of a con. Communication is poor when orders are delayed. Also ?sales? are deceptive, have had my eye on a table for over a year, it?s ?sale? price has been the same for most of the year...bar the token few weeks where they elevate the price so it?s then technically legally on sale the rest of the time. It?s clearly not a sale, the sale price is the recommended retail price clearly. Can?t buy much in store, it?s view in store and order online, then wait for months.Even in October I couldn't get a new dining table before Christmas.Saying all that the stores are lovely, and furniture is beautiful.”

“A first time experience- ordering any furniture online having not seen it or sat on it in person to really make sure it was going to be perfect. Pleased to say that the 4 Rivington dining chairs did not disappoint in any way. Very comfortable and look great too. Simple self assembly. Our only grumble was with the actual delivery process which is why I have given 4 stars instead of 5. The only notification of delivery some 9 days after placing the order was an early morning text saying the chairs would be delivered by courier and 2 / 3 hours later. A good job I was working from home. When the box was delivered there were only 2 chairs and no communication as to when the others would arrive. They were fortunately delivered the next day . Same notification by text approx 3 hours beforehand. Therefore whilst we are really pleased with the chairs - less than pleased with the delivery system.”

“Fantastic value and really quick delivery. We purchased 2 Purcell Sofas and they were delivered within 3 weeks of ordering. Communication about delivery and the delivery team themselves was 5*. Highly recommend!”

“A beautiful piece of furniture (a tallboy chest of drawers) which is nicely made and just what we wanted. Delivery took a while but we were kept up to date with potential delivery dates. The actual delivery was well organised, we received emails and phone calls and the team who delivered it were helpful while observing social distancing.”

“I absolutely love this shop!! 5 star! I ordered a new dining table, chairs and bench and I have to say its stunning. All of our family and friends are always commenting on how beautiful it looks. The only down fall, is the wait for delivery. We ordered it in June and it arrived in the August. I?m the type of person who wanted it yesterday but if you ask me, is it worth the wait. Yes 100%. We have just ordered a side table so I can?t wait to receive it.”

“We really love our new dining room table, it is just what we were looking for, great quality, easy to assemble and ideal for a family with younger children too. Looks super in our new house. Great service when we went to collect, the sales person looking after us was very helpful and he helped us carry the package to our car, great customer service throughout.”
