“Barker and Stonehouse kept us informed about delivery, which was prompt. Delivery guys were very polite and pleasant. Very, very pleased with my purchase - a pair of Zinnia bedside drawers. Excellent quality and they look amazing. Loved them so much that I have now ordered the chest of drawers too.”

“Great products, very good quality and luxurious. Love the styles available, great range from industrial to chic to baroque. Went into their Battersea store before buying - exceptional service and very much worth seeing the products in the flesh before committing to purchase. Have bought 3 sofas, a bed and three bar stools from them (so far!).”

“Great company, staff, service and price. Brought a great wardrobe but bit of an issue at first as was built on hard floor rather than carpet. The team came out, dismantled, waited for new carpet and re-installed perfectly. We have just bought some new furniture as well off the back of it.”

“Loverly desk now set up in front room it?s a bit cramped as it was for our new house which as been put on hold do to carona but it?s good to work from home in comfort now to the serious stuff the two guys that dropped it of were fantastic well done guys there a credit to your company”

“Barker & Stonehouse really do provide that special service and quality rarely seen in large stores these days. We?ve have bought furniture for almost all our rooms including now the garden. The furniture it built well and from quality materials which you can feel the minute you touch the items. To finish it up the staff both front and office at Leeds know their stuff inside out and could not be more helpful. Thank you Barker & Stonehouse you have helped turn our house into our dream home.”

“Terrible customer service from this company, went into store over 8 weeks ago and paid for a number of different items. We were told at the time of purchase that we would be able to collect items from store the following week and a member of the team would call to say items were ready for collection, we never received call. Had to chase and were told there was a slight delay. I'm unable to get any clarity from customer service about when i will receive items. Lie after lie after lie, no-one returns your call after promising to do so. Such a shame as products are nice. ZERO stars”
