The chair arrived in the truck with no padding or cardboard or plastic around them are all chipped!! Not good enough Driver did not care!! Waited 5 month I think it was for them and this is how they turned up!

Parts missing from my sofa and still waiting ! I have called over 10 times with promises that someone will call back but they dont ! Sofa ordered in January delivered in May but cushions still missing

Delayed product - never got updates. Poor communication. Product very expensive for what it is - paint is really chipping off the bed and we've only had it a few months.

I ordered a vase, paid and waited ages. Eventually I called you tobe told utem was out of stock. So I got a refund. Please don't sell things you cannot deliver.

wrong item delivered in 2 parts and one part didn't show who parcel was from. by the time it was returned the items i ordered were out of stock.

Excellent, helpful service all round. I ordered the wrong size chairs the first time and BandS couldn’t have been more helpful sorting it out. Great and helpful delivery guys who came on time.

I ordered 2 dining chairs, one arrived with scratch marks on the legs and the stud at the bottom of one of the legs has never fitted properly. When I ordered the chairs I was 8 months pregnant, on my own and had just moved into a new home so sending them back was far too much hassle especially as it had taken so long to have them delivered.

Order cancelled - extortionate delivery charge. No dates available on a weekend to collect. No details provided to collect. Customer service staff dreadful. Forced to cancel via PayPal

After sales good, following purchase for daughter and son-in-laws christmas present, which arrived poorly packaged, and could easily have been broken, but was also tarnished.

Very poor delivery (5 months late), damaged base cushion supplied. (Still awaiting replacement) Base cushions on the setee have little resistance.

The items were reasonably priced in the sale but I was a little disappointed with the aftersales service. My delivery was delayed but I was not informed. I had to call two times and wait about three weeks before my items were delivered. Once delivered the items were exactly as I hoped so I would buy again from this store.

Money was taken immediately from my account but delivery was months away. I then was told delivery was further months away. When I confirmed I still wanted the item I was told there would be a gesture of goodwill made - this was never received. The mirror is nice

Waited 7 months for the furniture to be delivered and when it arrived it was faulted. We said that if they would exchange the doors of the wardrobe, which were too short, that would be fine with us, but apparently this was not an option. Customer service was terrible. We were given the option of either getting 20% of the price or have someone come to fix them at “show room” standard. For them to ask paying £1200 on broken furniture or full price for show-room quality is shameless. We ended up returning it! You would expect better quality and service from barker and stonehouse. This experience put me off and will most certainly not buy anything else from them.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. Through no fault of their own, shipping delays meant a long wait for the product. B&S kept in regular contact during the wait to keep me informed of progress. On receipt of the goods, unfortunately one item was broken, again through no fault of B&S. on contacting them, they swiftly replied, arranged collection of the broken item and shipping of a replacement. I have no hesitation in recommending and will definitely shop with them again.

We are always very happy with the quality if our purchases from Barker & Stonehouse. However we have had to wait many weeks/months for them to be available recently.
