“Not only was the chair I wanted in stock and available in 14 days (on 10-12 weeks delivery from most other suppliers) but it was delivered within 10 days of order. The date of delivery was agreed, I was given 24 hours notice of a 2-hour time slot, then texted with an ETA 45 minutes before arrival. The chair was carried into my home and I had no packaging to discard. The chair was as ordered and expected. Perfection.”

“Excellent service from Craig B and Graeme at the Blaydon distribution centre! They were both really helpful and had my new sofa assembled and in place in no time with all packaging taken away. They arrived in -6 outside temperature and still cheerful! Well done lads and thank you!”

“I ordered mirror online , they said delivery time was four weeks but came within two weeks. The mirror is beautiful, very good quality, it?s listed as gold, which would of put me off if I hadn?t seen it on wall in shop. It?s more dull brassy gold, so lovely, I?m so pleased with product and great service.”

“I have always been extremely happy with everything I have purchase from Barker & Stonehouse . The customer service is excellent ,however , their products do take awhile to arrive and my most recent purchase has been delayed so is taking even longer to arrive.”

“Very good service, kept informed on delivery when item not in stock. Delivery as booked. Delivery staff great, especially in these current conditions! Bought via website - have had issues with that in the past but issues now all resolved and easy to use. Quality of furniture also very good. Not always the cheapest but you ultimately pay for quality...”
