“I have now ordered several pieces from Barker & Stonehouse and have not been let down once! I have used each method of delivery, Pick-up, mail and manned delivery and installation, on every occasion the service has been prompt and the pieces are absolutely beautiful and really make a difference to our home. Everyone who visits comments on the items and asks where we got them from. Being from Wales very few people have heard about Barker & Stonehouse but I am certainly spreading the word!”

“I was due to take delivery of my purchase,(i.e. Chest of draws) on a Saturday morning - early! However the delivery drivers had the sense to ask if I was around on the Friday afternoon as they would be in the area which was a bonus. They were courteous and even relocated the existing draws into another bedroom, thus saving me huffing & puffing later!! All-in-all, great, thanks!”

“This is the second time I have ordered online from Barker and Stonehouse without even seeing the products beforehand. First time I was a little nervous about whether the quality would be as good in real life as in the pictures, but I wasn't disappointed. On both occasions I've been delighted with all the items purchased, they look and feel wonderful and are very good value for money. The customer service was excellent throughout, great communication and friendly people who went out of their way to make sure I received my purchases when I wanted them.”

“I came in the store for lunch and spotted a book case (excellent value/quality) came back for the bookcase and spotted cushions and bedding. Came back a week later to buy those and spotted some prints so went back again for those - dare not call in again. Amazed at the value for money - wish I'd discovered Barker and Stonehouse before. Did not realise you did accessories or that the cost was so reasonable for such style and individuality. Excellent service, great location, beautiful store and easy to park - well done!”

“I have recently purchased 2 new sofas and a dinning room table from Barker and Stonehouse. I can honestly what a brilliant service i have experienced. My wife ordered the wrong size table, i rang to explain and immediately everything was rectified. No hassle, no stress. Will continue to purchase my furniture from here”

“Everything went very smoothly and we're very pleased with the products and the service we received. The only downside was that we didn't receive the shelf supports for the bookcase we'd bought, but fortunately I had some spare from a pervious purchase. I'm sure B&S would have sent them to us if we'd asked, but it would have prevented us using the shelving until they'd arrived. Other than that we were happy with our purchases and would order from B&S again.”

“I ordered the most wonderful armchair from Barker & Stonehouse online. Their website and subsequent checkout were very user friendly. My armchair was available for collection a week early and the two times I called customer services they were nothing less than highly efficient. When I collected the armchair in store they were also extremely friendly yet professional. Thank you”

“The items in Barker and Stonehouse are amazing. We're refurbishing our house and literally purchased 80% of our furnishings from the store. The staff are very knowledgeable and eager to help. However, we spent long periods waiting for an assistant to answer our queries as we browsed which although the store was very busy was quite frustrating at times.”

“I ordered two extra chairs for a dining set bought over a year ago and was delighted the range is still stocked, with the bonus of them being reduced in the sale. Lack of communication is my pet hate when ordering gods but Barker & Stonehouse didn't disappoint; I received a call and a text when my goods were ready and the delivery guys notified me when they arrived outside my house so I could pop home from work from around the corner. Perfect! I would thoroughly recommend them.”
