“Very very happy overall with Baker & Stonehouse and would highly recommend. I absolutely love my new coffee table its beautiful and looks exactly like it did on the website. The delivery was fast and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. No faults whatsoever.”

“We love our mirror, bought online in the sale. It fits the description perfectly! Thanks for putting up accurate dimensions and weights, I was worried it might pull the wall but it?s perfect. However the notification service you offer is misleading as it emails you to say in stick, but that just means in the warehouse not in store! Just a small point that could be amended.”

“Shocking customer service, basically just ignore you if you have an issue. Even if the product is faulty. 4 emails - 4 phone calls - ignored. I will quite happily take my business to housing units. I will never deal with barker and stonehouse again”

“Shocking service - avoid avoid avoid. After receiving a faulty table I was sent another faulty table as a replacement. I am now being ignored on all email or telephone correspondence. £438 they have stolen!! Avoid avoid avoid”

“Everything good with experience but for one thing I placed my order online - all good Regular texts regarding status -all good Just when I went into Leeds branch to collect my order I spent at least 10 minutes both upstairs and downstairs finding a member of staff . At least three were talking to I assume friends ( you don?t talk to customers what you have planned for the weekend) and another was talking to a sales rep. Surely the customer comes first obviously not at your Leeds branch”

“Really pleased with my new dining room furniture. The service I received was excellent form ordering to delivery. My biggest disappoint was that you were unable to construct it for me but on arrival Colin and Stephen were really helpful in explaining how easy it would be.”

“Bought the Medway bed which I love. Kept up to date with the progress and delivery date and delivered well packaged. Very sturdy and it looks great in the bedroom. The only thing that lets it down is the quality of the paint work. Appears to only have one coat and is very easy to mark. As a result a chip in the paint work has appeared on the corner of the foot end already which we will have to repair and we have only had the bed 3 weeks. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn?t for the paint work.”
