“Very disappointed with this companies customer service and products. They delivered a couple of kitchen bar stools, one of which was broken. I have spoken with them twice and sent two emails and I am still waiting for a response and a replacement kitchen bar stool...... My order was originally placed 9 weeks ago.”

“The table we ordered is absolutely beautiful and of the highest quality. Barker and Stonehouse kept us up to date with the delivery. Even with the delays due to COVID 19, we were kept up to date the whole time with phone calls and emails and given realistic timings. Amazing service and product.”

“Upon unwrapping my picture I was a little disappointed to see finger prints and smudges on its surface The use of cotton gloves while handling the glossy print would have been advisable Otherwise over the moon with my beautiful Blue Parrot”

“Ordered my bed and delivery was arranged but due to the Virus it was delayed, but B&S kept me informed throughout and once it was safe to do so a new delivery date was arranged with my approval - Item was tracked, I got a curtesy call in the morning and it arrived on time, well packaged and safe - It was easy to assemble and I am very pleased, we now love our feature bed - it was more expensive than some of the other High street bed suppliers but the quality of the bed stands out a mile and that along with the service was worth the higher cost.”

“I would have put no stars if I could. This is a terrible company to deal with- their communication is terrible and not a trustworthy company. ordered my item 17th of February and since then it has been in and out of stock and lost emails (apparently) that have meant not only do I not have my item I have had to raise a complaint with PayPal to get any response from them. They say I will get my refund but I expect PayPal will have to nudge them to get that! This is not the sort of service I expect from a company linked with PayPal. Avoid! Avoid!”

“We ordered garden furniture, which we didn't expect to arrive until after lockdown but Barker and Stonehouse delivered within about 3 weeks. It was delivered to the front garden to preserve social distancing and the delivery man was very helpful. We ordered and paid online and the lady who organised delivery was also very helpful. The quality of the furniture is excellent.”
