Was please with our outside table and chairs , delivery was great and on time , w couple of weeks after unfortunately our parasol broke and a very helpful lady sent us another which has unfortunately broken too

Night Harrington chaise long & Harrigton swivel chair . I’m about to have a third wheel replaced !! They said it’s not faulty ? . Refused to replace . Chaise long cushion’s are flat and uneven . The fabric is so static , I’m constantly brushing it . Customer service’s , said it was my fault for having inferior fabric and stuffing ???? Don’t buy from these people .

I ordered a wall clock 29th December 2020, on the website it stated delivery would be 26th February, I thought ok then as I had searched for ages looking for a clock I really liked , I received an email in February to advise the item was delayed and the expected date would be 26th March 2021, after back n forth with customer services they offered me free delivery (£4,95) as a good will gesture, which I accepted, today I rang up as I hadn't heard anything and today I was expecting the clock to be delivered only to be told it has been delayed yet again and the delivery date is now 26th May, they have said I could have 40.00 refund if i wanted to wait until May which i have accepted, let's see what happens when May arrives, absolutely disgusting to expect a customer to wait 5 months for an item, shouldn't advertise if you cant deliver the goods.
