“We purchased a dining table after viewing it in the Nottingham store when we were visiting family for the weekend. Ordering, delivery and assembly were all dealt with efficiently and on time by competent staff. We are extremely pleased with our table. We would highly recommend the store. Thank you. It's a shame you don't have a store in the south west!”

“This lamp makes me smile every time I look at it. It sits on my coffee table and has become the main feature of the room. The light source is excellent and having a dimmer switch is an added bonus. I cannot rate the design enough, it's outstanding and so well made. I purchased the titanium colour but am seriously thinking of buying a pink and blue one....in fact I adore them all! I highly recommend these lamps whatever style you have in your home as they seem to have the ability to adapt and look the part. Ordering and delivery was very efficient; packaging of product extremely good. I will order from Barker and Stonehouse again.”

“We ordered oak diaing chairs. Very impressed with the quality of the product and the communications from the company. The items were delivered unpacked in transit cushioned covers and ready to use. The delivery driver was pleasent unhurried and very helpful. All in all a great service all round! I will use them again and have no doubts about recommending them.”

“We were very happy with most aspects of our involvement with the store and our recent order which arrived in good order and on time. I did however need to phone to point out that a spare part (bed slat) was missing and yet was clearly identified on the assembly instructions. I have still to hear from you after 2 weeks.”

“I am very pleased with the oak headboard which I recently purchased from Barker and Stonehouse. It matches beautifully the oak topped furniture which I purchased on a different occasion. Overall a very smart looking headboard which finishes the room off well.”

“We bought a bedroom set of beside tables and a blanket box from B&S which took two weeks to arrive but when it did it was seamless and delivered by cheerful drivers who had kept us informed en route. The price was good and availability spot on unlike some of the other alternative websites. Would definitely recommend.”

“I had been looking for rustic dark wood bedroom furniture for so long. My son had bought bedroom furniture from Barker and Stonehouse and was thrilled with it, so I thought I'd look there. Found just what I was looking for, it was in stock, and better still, in the sale!! It wasn't cheap, but the quality is beautiful and was well worth the wait.”
