“An impressive experience for sure. Great website, easy to order and kept informed regarding delivery. Goods arrived well packaged and exactly when agreed. Bought a dining table, artwork and side table and all top quality. Slight hiccup as the base of the table was missing. But despite these tricky times with COVID, Barker & Stonehouse were on it. They located the item, again kept us informed & delivered it the next day. Perfect. Will defo buy from them again. Thank you”

“Love my new pillow, husband has tried to pinch a few times. Easy to order, arrived when i was told and got a text for a time span as to when it was coming on the day. Will be ordering again to try to stop hubby pinching, Thanks for a great nights sleep.”

“We have recently bought some sofas which we LOVE! They are so comfortable and stylish. When we chose them we were fortunate that they were available in the warehouse so they arrived really quickly. One of them we knew we wouldn't be able to get into our lounge due to the size and Barker and Stonehouse put us in touch with an upholsterer who picked up the large sofa, took it apart and rebuilt it in our lounge. Great service and great quality.”

“Very happy with this company. Ordered a dinning table - not yet assembled but it arrived exactly on the date that was agreed. I was informed the whole way, regularly updated. The customer service team over the phone were always lovely when I called them. Thank you.”

“I purchased 4 dining room chairs online to be collected from store. As our area went into tier 4 a few days later I received a phone call to ask if I was happy to collect from the warehouse instead and a date and time was agreed. Overall, very happy with the chairs and service.”

“Good value for a lovely gold velvet chair - as described. Very simple assembly and clear instructions. Contacted via email to check on progress of order - very early in the morning - had a very helpful reply from Ava by 0800 to answer my query. This is my second order with this company; the first arrived slightly damaged, but once again, the customer service via email and - in that case - phone, at their very helpful suggestion was prompt, efficient and intelligent. Well done, I would use Barker & Stonehouse again based on both these experiences.”
