“Was eventually told item was ready for pick up after waiting 4 or 5 weeks. So we could have had the bed much quicker but there must have been a breakdown in communication. Received bed frame but there was 2 damaged areas. The box was not damaged so it has been put in the box damaged. Barker and Stonehouse after sales customer services were excellent. Quick reply and I stated how much I wanted off the frame unless it was being sent back. They agreed to the partial money back and was in account a day or so later. Happy enough with bed frame and after sales customer service. Warehouse may need to check details for pick ups.”

“My sofa arrived with incorrect inner cushions making the sofa unusable. It makes my living room looks silly so I have been avoiding having guests around. I was so disappointed. Barker and stonehouse said this was due to a order error from the manufacturer so it feels like they have not taken any responsibility for the delay I am enduring. 5 weeks since delivery and I’m still waiting for correct inner cushions with no offer of compensation. Customer service are friendly but nothing more.”

“Fantastic sofas chair and puffy. Delivery was great lovely guys who took all the wrapping off and positioned the furniture were we wanted it. You might pay a little extra but the quality is exceptional”

“Original sale paperwork was wrong, meant we waited longer than we should have done for the kitchen table etc. Putting that to one side, the quality of the furniture and delivery we are very happy with (so far). One of the delivery drivers put on the feet the wrong way around, but we sussed that quickly and fixed it. Think he was new, other guy was fine.”
