“Furniture was chosen on website. Order was placed. We were contacted quickly to arrange delivery. Delivered on the day that we arranged. A cal was made to us 30 minutes before arrival. The furniture was delivered and packing was taken away.”

“I bought a table and 8 Kartell chairs from Barker & Stonehouse. Not only ?20 cheaper than John Lewis for the the Kartell Master chairs but also a better service. Fantastic communication from ordering to delivery. The chairs are contemporay, elegant and v comfortable. I am delighted”

“We purchased a media unit from the website. We were unable to view it in store but decided to go ahead after viewing all the other beautiful furniture in the B and S Leeds store on Gelderd Road. It arrived as promised and fits perfectly in the alcove. We are very pleased we decided to buy from you.”

“I love visiting Barker and Stonehouse, there is so much cool and classy things for the home. I have only just purchased a TV unit but will be back for more bits n' bobs for sure. The staff are very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a good piece for my living room. Some really unique pieces for every taste. The delivery was approx. two months but I was fully aware of that in advance, of course I would have liked it sooner but was happy to wait.”

“I purchased the navajo double bed as I obv liked the look of it. It came exactly when it should have, I was kept informed about delivery throughout. The delivery men were friendly and very helpful. The bed was beautiful and better than I thought it would be.it was easy to build. I absolutely love it, thank you.”

“The whole process from ordering to delivery went very smoothly. Your staff were very helpful when I phoned to organise delivery of the goods. The tables I had ordered arrived sooner than the estimated date for delivery which was great. My Mum is really pleased with her new nest of tables. Good value for money too - you offered the best deal around. Thank you Barker and Stonehouse.”

“I recently bought a TV unit and a nest of tables from Barker and Stonehouse. Minutes after placing my order online my local branch called me to say that because I had only just missed the sale period, they would discount my purchase. I had no idea that they had just finished a sale! The credit was paid into my bank account a few days later. Incredible service!. It is possible that B&S looked me up on their system and saw that I have been a good customer with them over the past 15-20 years, and they have rewarded a loyal customer. This sort of service will make me buy from them again. The furniture itself is excellent quality, and well made.”

“The whole process is first class, text confirmation of order, a phone call confirming delivery, another text to say what time they are due and they turn up when they say within an hour. B&S set the gold standard in customer service.”
