“Bit of confusion about how the product would be delivered. I asked for click and collect but got sent by DPD. However excellent service great customer service team and most importantly fantastic good quality product !!!”

“The only reason I could not give 5*s is that we had to return our tv table as it had dents in it, and send it back for a replacement. That being said, the process was very smooth and easy and I felt respected. The staff were very helpful and we sorted the replacement very quickly. The team removed the old tv table at the same time as delivering the new. We even got a phone call afterwards asking our our replacement was. Great service.”

“Bought a wicker chair which had a small chip in the leg. Customer service responded politely & positively & sent out a man to repair the fault. This was done efficiently and effectively and the chair now looks perfect. Very happy with the result.”

“We had a problem with there being marks on the lampshade but it was very quickly and professional sorted for us by being replaced. Unfortunately the new shade still had marks but they were less notable than before. Get selection of products and very reasonable prices”

“Ordered a chest of drawers made of reclaimed wood and am very pleased with the service and the furniture itself. Barker and Stonehouse kept us well-informed about delivery progress and arranging a time for delivery. We very much appreciated the one-hour time slot for delivery so we didn't have to wait in all day, taking time away from work. The drawers we ordered are fabulous - incredibly sturdily made and a very stylish, eye-catching piece for the room. Couldn't be happier with our purchase.”
