“Cancelled wardrobe delivered as well as the replacement order. Took about 3 months to arrive. Now throwing one of them away after 18 months as quality so poor the shelves are bowed, back popping out and doors falling off runners. Sold to us as 'German quality'. Bed we ordered was so damaged on delivery we asked for a replacement which was also broken so i had to rummage through the two packages in the back of the delivery lorry to find enough good parts to get a complete bed. Bed frame now cracking under the fabric because of cheap construction. Also bought a chair set 18 months ago and the legs on one now has a big crack across it and you can feel the springs going in the seat. Absolute junk quality, premium prices. Their marketing tries to leverage a nostalgic British family business history but it's just a bulk furniture importer that prioritises funky looks over any sort of quality standards”

“We ordered a wooden 8 seater dinner table online in December 2020. Says it will come in March 2021. So hopefully we will add another comment in March. To say whether it was worth the wait and price. Easy ordering process online.”

“Online purchase of a chair at the start of the sale booked for collection. Was notified promptly when it was ready to collect. On arrival at the store, it was quickly located for me to take away. Chair was good quality and easy to put together, a good buy.”

“I have recently oreder four items online, my sofa's were delivered wich was brilliant service and very helpful and friendly delivery guys. I am so happy with the quality of them brilliant. I have also oreder dining chairs wich i am awaiting to collect. I had to call and cancel one of my orders, what wasnt a problem the team were so friendly and helpful i cannot fault anything.”
