Toys came quickly but the Barbie airplane ordered came in a separate very clearly labelled box so everyone knew what was inside. Not ideal now my daughter knows what she’s got for her birthday.

The item was cheaper than elsewhere but now I know why as the box/packaging was a mess, taped up and with a broken handle. Not ideal for a child’s birthday gift.

Nice goods but the packaging has totally collapsed and been replaced by courier so the boxes were damaged and yours has fallen out into the mud… not the best!

Ok items, ordered a mr and mrs potato head, and got 2 mr potato heads instead. Not worth the hassle of paying to return.

First item ordered no confirmation reordered item all went through great. Until I noticed double the amount was taken from my account. The item had gone through twice, I tried to cancel the item but apparently it was too late Ive tried to return the item with conflicting advice first I was told it would be free of charge collection by Yodel but not on a day which was convenient tried to change day to be told I would get an email confirming this which I did not. Then I was told by another advisor that I shouldn't of been told this and I needed to arrange the return myself despite having emails and WhatsApp messages contradicting this. I have boxed item up to send back myself. Customer service helpful but confusing and conflicting.

I ordered the Cambridge edition of Monopoly assuming it was Cambridge England, where I live. Imagine my disappointment when I realised it was Cambridge Massachusetts! Also, the delivery driver left it at the wrong address which meant it was left on the wrong doorstep for several days as the home owners were away.

The item was packaged nicely and delivered at a reasonable time, however it’s not the english version, probably Vietnamese or some other south East Asian version, so all the instructions and information were all not in English. Luckily we had the hexagon version purchased from Amazon which was the English version and had instructions in English so we used the same rules to play this game as well. Otherwise it would have been returned as we would not have been able to play the game.

Delivery was quick but the condition of the parcels was poor. Someone had been into the box, opened a couple and then tried to reseal the box again. Offered a refund of 25 percent due ti damage but then refunded less.

Some things were perfect and as described some things were just no value for money e. G I paid 5£ for a colouring book I thought was a big one to only find about 20 pages and few items I had to check things were actually in the box as felt empty just a rubbish toy

I ordered 2 x canvas colouring books. There are actually 4 to collect. Instead of mixing them up they sent 2 of the same one. Which is ridiculous. Don't think I'll be ordering again. Will probably end up getting the same one over and over again. In saying that delivery was quick.

Goods arrived on time as stated. The box containing the gift was damaged. It actually had a hole in the box. I feel it was only luck that the item inside the box wasn't cracked or damaged in some way. Disappointed in how it arrived. I have been in touch with Yodel, who have said that they will investigate internally.

Your courier is a disgrace. They totally ignored my delivery instructions despite sending me a confirmation email that they would leave my parcel I'm my open porch on the Saturday. They left it with a neighbour I don't get on with on the Friday. I can't acted Bargain Max to complain. Heard nothing back. Very disappointed with Bargain Max!

Good items ordered of them many of times but one order one item was missing and they don’t seem bothered won’t be ordering again in a hurry
