The jump pad doesn't seem to fit properly and one of the hooks that the spring goes into has come out only had it up a few days and the springs keep falling out It's a rectangle trampoline 8ft by 6ft

3-5 days delivery, but if I didn’t do a 50 MILE round trip to COLLECT IT MYSELF I would have waited 2weeks. Contacted company to chase it up, waited 3 days. All customer service could say was ohh well glad you’ve got it now, hope you have a better experience next time - case closed

Ordered the item as it was for my Grandson’s Birthday & paid £2.99 extra for next day delivery & it did not arrive on the next day which was his birthday. Got refunded £2.99 next day delivery charges, however we missed presenting our Grandson on his Birthday. Not Happy

Very upset rang up customer service because my order was duplicated was told I had to send the duplicate item back at my own expense ,even though the customer service advisor said they had had problem with orders going through twice ,very disappointed she didn’t help me

Ordered a mix pack of 8 items and was sent duplicates. I understand I couldn’t pick the ones I wanted but to be sent multiples was ridiculous. Customer services basically said tough luck and you can send back at your expense.

We have openly advertised this product as the items are "randomly picked" by our warehouse team, so customers can be fully ware before committing to the purchase, this does increase the risk of duplicates that could be picked, especially if ordering in large numbers, and there is only a limited amount of characters, however, we have offered the return on the duplicates for you, if you are not happy with purchase. Bairns bike come half off the bits missing will never use this again to order anything discusting. Even emailed them and tottaly ignored me

I ordered 2 gifts for my sons birthday and only one turned up and still not had an update where my other one is. Customer service team were useless and told me I would have one sent out straight away 2 weeks later still no sign or information. Very disappointed

Terrible customer service after receiving a pink slide -opened box and no fixing ! A blue and red slide was ordered for my grandsons birthday ! After a 3 day no contact with Bargin max I had to then contact them - 60% discount was eventually offered for a product not fit for purpose, the alternative was for me to return and pay postage a very long drawn out battle for a refund . My grandson did not receive his slide for his 2nd birthday ! Would I recommend Bargin max absolutely not !

I have tried to get in touch with bargainmax and I got the email sent back . I ordered and payed for next day delivery for goods for my granddaughters birthday and I have had emails sent to me telling me they have been delivered and left in my porch. I don't have a porch !!! ? . And I had to and buy the goods elsewhere. And my granddaughter never had anything to open I was gutted seeing her look so upset . I wouldn't waist my time ordering from this place again disgusted with the service and apart from this they have the check to charge for next day delivery.

I ordered 2 of the same items and only one showed up - then when I called to track the other the member of staff said I’d only ordered one when I had proof I ordered 2 the member of staff was rude and argumentative. Finally I spoke to someone else and they said they could see I ordered 2 and they would send another- when I then got the item half was missing - so I called again to have another rude member of staff not understand- I did finally get a refund that didn’t help as one of my daughters missed out .

Ordered a ghost buster gun for my daughter. 2 confirmations came through and charged twice. Emailed straight away to advise only need one. Reply a day later saying already processed and can’t be changed (despite their error) and that I had to go to the inconvenience of returning it at my expense. Do not use
