“Worst service no phone number no email response!! I had a order in November and it’s still showing as dispatched!!! And we’re in December now never ordering from this site again I lost over 100£ disgusting!”

“Dreadful - Order marked as shipped but no tracking details Quoted 4-6 days from order to delivery - now 15 days since order placed No Reply from Phone Number No reply to email sent via their web site Avoid - Companies should not be in business if they treat customers like this”

“My order only had 2 items instead of 3 that was purchased and paid for. Have now sent a second message as had no response to first message even though 3 working days have passed. Dispatch note stated 3 items being delivered in one package only 2 were in the box. These are Christmas gifts for my grandsons I cannot give to two of them and not the third. Very disappointed and stressed as Christmas is very near.”

“I’ve been waiting over 16 ‘working’ days for my order (over a 3 week wait). The website states that including Christmas delays, the delivery time is 5-7 days. Bargain max are no longer replying to my raised queries and emails, and customer service have done nothing to help resolve the delayed order. This is a very disappointing experience from what possibly is a scamming website, I would avoid purchasing from this company”

“My order did not arrive, I contacted yourselves after Evri confirmed that they did not deliver my item to me & they told me the quickest way to sort this out was to contact yourselves & ask for a refund....which I did on the 6th Dec....6 days later & I am still waiting for you to respond!....if this is 'quick' I would hate to find out what slow is!”

“Ordered from here over 2 weeks ago. I hate the delivery service that have chosen to use. My status has been the same for over a week and I can’t talk to anyone to find out what’s going on. The delivery direct you to the seller and the seller directs you to the delivery. I am going to order from somewhere else and if it eventually get delivers send it back for a refund. Shocking customer service.”

“Placed an order for my daughters Christmas present on 1st December and have heard nothing since and it’s now the 9th! When I’ve emailed I’m getting no luck. Have looked at your Facebook page and it seems alot of people are not getting Their orders! If you can’t cope with the demand don’t take the money or at least update your customers on what’s going on!”
