“All in all speed of delivery was good. What I am not entirely happy with is the fact the item I bought (a toy washing machine) wouldn't work and on looking in the battery compartment, the batteries were bubbling and oozing acid. So I had to clean it all and replace the batteries.”

“I bought a toy for my daughter and my order was never delivered to me. on their website it says delivered but i obviously didnt receive my items. tried to contact support but that was non existent. I may have lost 40 euro but they lost a customer.”

“I had issues with an order I placed (entirely my fault) called bargain max and spoke to customer services, unfortunately I didn’t get the ladies name but she was very helpful and explained what I had done and how to resolve it. Great service. Order arrived quickly, well packaged, great prices. I’m going to have a very happy little boy at Christmas. Have recommended to all my friends”
